Remember to specify PACC professional certification as a requirement or a ‘nice to have”. Only the most well-qualified individuals succeed in achieving any of the PACC professional designations — AAPP, CAPP or MAPP — and have demonstrated that their experience meets or exceeds the Core Competency Standards; that they subscribe to the industry’s Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct; and that they have demonstrated the skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to help an organization navigate its way through privacy and access challenges.
