Privacy and Access Council of Canada

The voice for privacy and access

Civil Liberties & Human Rights

The issues that affect our privacy and our right to gain access to information often affect our Charter-protected freedoms and our civil liberties as well.

Whether it’s a matter of context or a matter of perspective, it’s always important to understand and learn about the issues and their implications — to be able to exercise your rights and meet your personal, professional and corporate obligations.
