CAN/DGSI 100-9, Data Governance – Part 9: Data Collaboration Framework is open for public review and comment as a regular maintenance review that national standards must undergo.
The standard provides a blueprint for IT and other leaders who rely on organizational data integrity to perform their functions to support the build of new digital solutions with granular and universally enforced data controls.
The standard applies to all sectors, including public and private companies, government entities, and not-for-profit organizations.
The review is open to the public.
Submit comments by January 20th, 2026. The completion of the systematic maintenance review may result in a new edition, a revision, a reaffirmation or the withdrawal of the standard.
