46th Annual Global Privacy Assembly

The Jersey Data Protection Authority invites you to join us in the Bailiwick of Jersey, Channel Islands, for the 46th Global Privacy Assembly Annual Meeting.
The Global Privacy Assembly Annual Meeting agenda will include a Welcome Reception on Monday 28 October 2024, hosted in the unique setting of the Freedom Centre, St. Helier. This will lead into two consecutive days of Open Conference Sessions held at the prestigious Royal Jersey Showground in the parish of Trinity. These will be concluded by a Gala Dinner and Awards Night and then lead into the two half day Closed Conference Sessions held at the Radisson Blu Hotel in the heart of St. Helier.
The GPA includes privacy and data protection watchdogs from over 130 countries, and previous iterations of the event have attracted 700 – 1500 attendees. In addition to the scheduling of formal events, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner will work with local vendors and partners to organise dining, shopping, cultural, and recreational activities for attendees and their families.
This event qualifies for Continuing Professional Development credit applicable toward the Associate (AAPP), Chartered (CAPP), and the Master (MAPP) Access & Privacy designations.
