The Data Privacy Conference will focus on key data protection challenges and provide practical guidance on compliance and regulation. The program will cover the NIS2 Directive, including its scope, compliance requirements, and how it interacts with GDPR. There will also be sessions on managing Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and balancing transparency with privacy obligations.
Other topics include compliance strategies at the intersection of AI and data protection, with an emphasis on risk assessments and the AI Liability Directive. Attendees will also learn about updated privacy notice guidelines, consent requirements, changes to Standard Contractual Clauses, and recent EU developments regarding GDPR’s legitimate interests. The conference will also address data breach management, DORA compliance, and third-party risk management.
