Participate in an upcoming national initiative to define common terms, share practical guidance, and outline a shared approach to digital literacy in Canada.
Led by Social Economy Through Social Inclusion (SETSI), with support from the Digital Governance Standards Institute (DGSI) and the Standards Council of Canada (SCC), the initiative seeks to engage diverse participants from across sectors — including education, nonprofits, government, industry, community organizations, youth groups, and equity-deserving communities — to help shape this important work.
What to Expect:
- A draft report will be circulated in advance
- You’ll join a virtual, facilitated session to review and expand on the findings
- Your input will help shape a consensus-based document for national use
Participation is free and open to all (subject to standard conflict-of-interest provisions). The session will be held in English, with French translation support available based on participants’ language preferences indicated at registration.
The Workshop is scheduled for June 19th, 11-1 ET.
